The houses are heated, so winter rentals are also possible. Call for more information. Up to eight - ten persons may rent at a time.
$1200/week Spring & Fall

$600/long week-end off season
Add $100 for single week rentals

Winter Months: $1200.00 per week + additional charges for heating.
A $500.00 deposit is required to cover utilities and any damages to the property. The remainder will be refunded within a month (latest) after final inspection. Rubbish removal is done once a week. Cleaning will be done at the tennant's expense, if it is required. The rental should be left as it was found.
