RENTAL INFORMATION:

Summer rental is on a weekly basis. Singleweek rentals are possible, but two week rentals are preferred. The price per week is based on the time ofthe year rented. Off season rentals for larger time blocks andbetterrates may be arranged. Up to ten persons may rent at atime. Please check out the amenities!

Rental charge for Blue Heron and Sandpiper Cove:

Seasonal weekly rentals: $2750-$2900 per week

Detailed rental charges:

$2750/week, last week in June until the last week in July
$2900/week, last week in July through August, Labor Day week included
$1800/week, September, after Labor Day week
$1200/week, October through April
$1800/week, May until the last week in June
$1200 For Memorial Day weekend

Heat or AC is extra.

Rental charge for The Barn:

Seasonal weekly rentals: $800-$1200 per week

Detailed rental charges:

$800/week, May to last week in June
$1200/week, last week in June through August, week of Labor Day included
$800/week, after Labor Day through end of October

Heat or AC is extra.

A $500.00 deposit is required to cover utilities and any damages to the property.
The remainder will usually be refunded within a week, but can be up to a month
after final inspection. Rubbish removal is done once a week. Cleaning
will be done at the tennant's expense, if it is required. The rental should be
left as it was found.

A $100 discount off of the total rental will apply if two consecutive weeks are rented.
A $100 discount per week will be applied on each week above and beyond two consecutive weeks.

Rentals start on the following days:

Blue Heron House = Saturday to Saturday
Sandpiper Cove House = Sunday to Sunday
The Barn = Friday to Friday
