    Other Books We Recommend

  • Dave Barry Turns 50

by Dave Barry. (I just ordered this one myself!) To celebrate his 50th birthday--or at least survive it--Dave Barry looks back on his formative years as a quintessential boomer. The result functions as the goofiest of time capsules, preserving Silly Putty, sputnik, and streaking for future generations. The author also supplies his laugh-out-loud meditations on what exactly happens to his mind and body when "Dave Barry Turns 50".

  • The Joy of Work: Dilbert's Guide to Finding Happiness at the Expense of Your Co-Workers

by Scott Adams. (Just finished reading this book... it's funny and soooo true!) Quote from a reader in New York, NY, "Finally, Scott Adams wrote a book that is as good as 'Dilbert Principle'. A must for anyone in the work force, going into the workforce and wondering about the work force".
