We are dedicated volunteer professional working together to protect our community. Using the best available training to educate for the prevention of fire, and to coordinate emergency situations with other agencies while providing the best rescue and fire suppression service possible. Because we feel that it is important to protect the lives and property of our neighbors, friends, family, workers, and visitors under the blanket of our protection. The H.F.F.D. is working to continuously improve its operations through the use of leadership development, increase involvement with local organizations, and a better understanding of environmental protection. It is our intention to provide our firefighters with state of the art equipment for use in public education, fire suppression, emergency medical services, and rescue techniques. We will continue to seek expansion of our manpower through recruitment and retention of volunteers.
