Rental Agreement

To rent the Gursslin’s Guesthouse at 14417 Lake Shore Rd, Carlton, NY, for the period from ___________________ to _________________. Check In and Check Out times to be agreed upon before arrival.

To leave said Guesthouse in as good a condition as upon arrival.

The total rental price for the period shall be ________________________. A 50% rental deposit of ___________________, including a refundable damage/loss deposit of $100, is immediately due to secure the reservation. Upon receipt of signed contract and said deposits, the balance of __________________ will be due 45 days prior to arrival on ___________________. The damage/loss deposit will be refunded upon receipt of the key by the owners, as long as no damage or loss was incurred in the home. If the damage/loss exceeds the $150 damage deposit, the renter(s) agree to be fully responsible for the total loss.

4. If cancellation occurs prior to 90 days of arrival, 80% of total rental is refundable. If cancellation occurs prior to 60 days of arrival, then 50% of total rental is refundable. After 60 days there will be no refund. Holidays are non-refundable. If a different party books the home for the same period at the same total rental, then 80% of total is refundable. Damage/Loss deposit is fully refundable.
