Our guesthouse on beautiful Lake Ontario is our pride and joy! After two years of loving renovation, we are ready to open our home-away-from home to guests. Whether you’re family, fishermen, newlyweds, retirees or anywhere in between, our guesthouse is sure to suit your needs. Guests will enjoy:

Rates:

Weekly: (June 1-August 31, Sat. to Sat. or Sun. to Sun.)

$500 based on double occupancy ($10 per day, per person, for each additional person up to four total)

Extended Stay: Beyond one week, each day is calculated @ weekly rate.

Daily: (September 1-May 31)

One person = $ 60 per day

Two persons = $ 80 per day

Three persons = $100 per day

Four persons = $120 per day

Linen: $10 pp additional charge

Deposit:

A 50% rental deposit, plus a refundable damage/loss deposit of $100, is immediately due to secure reservation. Upon receipt of signed contract and said deposits, the balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. The damage/loss deposit will be refunded upon receipt by the owners of the key, as long as no damage or loss was incurred in the home. If the damage/loss exceeds the $100 damage deposit, the renter(s) agree to be fully responsible for the total loss.

Refunds:

If cancellation occurs prior to 90 days of arrival, 80% of total rental is refundable. If cancellation occurs prior to 60 days of arrival, then 50% of total rental is refundable. After 60 days there will be no refund. Holidays are non-refundable. If a different party books the home for the same period at the same total rental, then 80% of total is refundable. Damage/Loss deposit is fully refundable.
