Haiku Fun - Cover

In practicing techniques for making altered books, I used the Artist Way baby step principal. (doing a little at a time - not worrying if it is "good art" or "bad art." - just showing up at the page) I completed this book in about four months.

I used a children's board book to start with. On some pages, I left part of the original book showing through. Mostly, it consists of paper and small objects glued-on, each spread illustrating a Japanese Haiku poem. This cover is glued paper, stamping and marker.
